The Hunger Games

The book that I’m reading is, ‘The Hunger Games’. It’s the 1st book in the trilogy of ‘The Hunger Games’. The next book is called, ‘Catching Fire’ and the 3rd book is called ‘Mocking Jay’. In the 1st book (The Hunger Games), Katness Everdeen, a 16 year girl is chosen to attend the yearly ‘Hunger Games’, A fight to the death between 12 different districts. Katness Everdeen’s district is known for being very poor, and Katness’s family is in need of food and all things that are needed to survive. So, Katness needs to get her family that consists of her mother, sister and her, food and other necessities. Katness enters her name in the draw approximently 20 times so she can gain, ‘tessera’. Tessera can be traded for a years supply of grain and oil. So, Katness ever year adds her name into ‘The Hunger Games Draw’ so she can get food for her family. I really love this book and I would recomend it to anyone!
