4. Write about something in the book that surprised you or that you found interesting.
what surprised me in the book so far is that when a fight break outs backstage at there concert rays sister starts to say stuff back at western alliance (another rap group who started the fight). before that part in the book his sister kori doesn’t seem like the kind of girl to do that. when she did thats what made me surprised.
7. Tell about the connections that you made while reading the book. Tell how it reminds you of yourself, of people you know, or of something that happened in your life. It might remind you of other books, especially the characters, the events, or the setting.
the connections i have made at the beginning of the book related to my cousins when they visited from England. the connections had to do with the words theyd say and how they would say it. some other connections i made had to do with other singers and rappers that were mentioned and that i listen to them one example is beyonce.

the authors style is young and easy to read. the author doesn’t use difficult words, instead he uses words that teens would use.
16. Tell what you think could be changed in the book to make it better for readers.
i think some things that could be changed is that sometimes in the book the author writes about things that sometimes have nothing to do with whats going on at that moment. also at some parts in the book it can get boring, the author should have took the boring parts out of the book.
15. Explain what happened at the climax and explain why you think that is the climax.
so far in the book the climax of the story was the fight that happened at their group positive negatives concert backstage. another rap group western alliance came to the concert and started picking fights with them. it got so bad that the police were called and one of there fans got stabbed. a couple of days after there concert there manager marga man decides to get them body guards to go with them everywhere they go. that is what happened in the climax so far.
