I noticed that Katniss doesn’t care if she dies or not and she doesn’t know what to do. And I think President Snow knows that Katniss and Gale aren’t cousins and that they hunt in the woods but he pretends he doesn’t notice because she’s part of the plan to stop the rebellion that is happening because she and Peeta are the main reason they’re happening.
4. Write about something in the book that surprised you or that you found interesting.
It surprised me when they went to District 11 and they killed 3 people, and when Gale was getting hurt by the peace keeper and Katniss dove infront of it to save him, it also surprised me when she found out there was a uprising in the Districts and they wanted to fight back against the Capitol and try to start a rebellion.
5. Write your predictions and about whether your predictions were right.
I predict that they will fight back against the Capitol and every District will fight against the Peacekeepers and they will escape to somewhere or start a rebellion, and I think Peeta isn’t going to like the idea of starting a rebellion and he’s going to try to stop it. I also think that they are going to get caught by the Capitol when they go into the woods.

The author uses alot of detail and explains everything thats happening so it seems real. I think the author wrote this way because it makes the book interesting to read and it’s very suspensful and surprising. And she uses language that explains everything well.
