1. Tell what like or dislike about the book and why

I like the book because the tributes are finally in the arena and their is so much action and suspense. So much people already died and everyday I want to know if the tributes from district 12 are not dead. I don’t like the book because too much people died on the first day. The author should make the story longer by not letting so much tributes die on the first day.

Write your predictions and about whether your predictions were right

I think Katniss is actually going to help Peeta and not let him die from the careers. Peeta almost died because the careers slashed him with a sword but he could still run away and he did until he was sure he was a mile away, and he was right next to the tree that Katniss was sleeping in.

Tell what you think could be changed in the book to make it better for readers

I think the author could of made the suspense longer and not let that much tributes die right away. That would of made it more interesting because most people like the hunger games and want to read more about it. Only 3 or 5 tributes should have died on the first day.
